In the year 2006 the company divided into two parts Finn Impex Trading’s activates only import and SMT International distribute the products within local markets. SMT International will be ablke to lead the local high growth market in Diagnostic Business e,g -Equipment, Reagents/Kits Medical Consumable, Lab Ware etc, in our country. Our Corporate Headquarters is situated capital city of Bangladesh, Dhaka.

The company Board of Director headed by The Chairman, Managing Director and other two directors. The chairman of the company will preside over the Board meeting in presence of Managing Director and others Director to take the important decision. Managing Director will look after the all business activities all the time. One Director will look after the total administration of the company prior approval from Managing Director. Another Director will look after and monitor the finance and marketing team prior approval of the company. |
